4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery is available in most areas of Pakistan.
- Customers must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

7. Failed Deliveries
